In this position, I am responsible for receiving incoming monies, reporting and tracking vehicle payments received, and contacting customers to expedite/follow-up on payments. Monitor and collect on an assigned customer portfolio, dispute resolution, and reconciliation of account and payment details. Review and release hold orders. Identify areas for process improvement and apply to both individual assignments and teams responsibilities. Assist with accounting responsibilities such as account reconciliations. Assist with audit and compliance activities as assigned. Update customer files to ensure data integrity. Assist AR with payment processing.
