I build AI-powered automations that turn messy, human-in-the-loop processes into reliable workflows. Most recently as Senior Automation & AI Developer at Cross Care Group, I designed systems in n8n, Power Automate, and Zapier that use AI for logical flow decisions — not just task execution — while administering MS 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and Digital Ocean. This role wrapped up at the end of May 2026, and I'm exploring what's next.
My edge comes from depth on both sides of the work: years of senior technical support at Zapier (Premier tier) and Microsoft taught me how real users break automations, while earlier roles in software engineering and IT coordination across Asia gave me the systems thinking to design around those failures. I write Python when an API won't cooperate, and I work in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese at native fluency.
