I am a Cloud Solutions Engineer based in Jacksonville, Florida. Over the years, I've established a background in Information Technology, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT support for corporate environments.In my role at Hitachi Solutions America, I demonstrated my capability to design and implement large-scale migration plans. One of my significant achievements was guiding a client in the construction industry through the transition of over 500 users to Microsoft 365. In this project, I also coached the client on effective migration strategies, including batch migrations and cutover planning for Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.Additionally, I led the deployment of an Azure Secure Landing Zone by utilizing the Cloud Adoption Framework. I evaluated the requirements for 20 SQL Databases and subsequently orchestrated a detailed migration strategy, overseeing its execution to completion. My technical expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop enabled me to develop right-sized virtual machine SKU recommendations for another client and provide cost managment strategies to enable cloud adoption for their on-prem workloads.My skills aren't confined to migration strategy and execution. At Hitachi, I developed infrastructure as code to deploy an Azure Secure Landing Zone for a SQL Database migration. This project required close coordination with supporting teams to ensure a successful migration cutover in a single weekend.During my tenure at Inspire Brands, I provided end-user support for 50 corporate restaurants, often serving as the first point of contact for all technical inquiries. I resolved issues related to Point-of-Sales systems, phone systems, and back-office workstations.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technologies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Since then, I've consistently applied my knowledge and skills to tackle every challenge that has come my way. My portfolio of certifications is a testament to my ongoing commitment to professional growth in the IT field.
