I have extensive experience as an HOA representative managing tenant concerns, including policy violations, pool and gate access, and utilities management. In this role, I input and tracked accounts for light, gas, water, sewer, and trash services. My background also includes vendor management, where I coordinated with vendors to secure Certificates of Insurance (COI) to ensure the safety and compliance of our construction and building teams. Additionally, I recently worked as a Business Development Representative for a short term project. I hold a HIPAA certification and have valuable experience handling billing and inquiries for healthcare accounts. Recognizing my dedication and performance, I was awarded Agent of the Month in March.
