As a full-stack UX/UI Designer (UI/IA/IxD/UT) I apply 15 years of research, design, and development experience, as well as 5 years of user testing and data analysis, toward solving a wide variety of challenges within an Agile environment.I enjoy finding the balance between meeting business requirements and finding new ways to delight the end-user. As a solution-oriented individual, I have found empathy, trust, and communication to be key in working with teams from every department to achieve our mutual goals.As passionate as I am about my work, I endeavor to find a positive & healthy work/life balance.
