• Total more 15years of working experience in product development mechanical/packaging (8 years in Printer product (Canon and HP brand), 3 years in factory belong Foxconn and 4 years in sourcing and supplier chain control (Idea l pack Vietnam). • Knowledge of production process of part (plastic part, PX part, carton box, paperboard, printing offset/flexo, paper bag, pulp tray, tape, poly bag, label, PAD). • Experience with project management, cost management, supplier development, product development, design, Production Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. • Experience with documentation required for Final assembly & Product testing systems, BOMs, Product specification, Assembly Instructions, Packing specification. • Experience design packing for printer parts, and service units, shipping units and minimize cost delivery. • Experience audit and find new supplier and solve issue and negotiate with supplier. • Cooperate global team (China, French, Hongkong, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Dubai) to develop new product, improve/ solve trouble in sample, design, and mass production). • Software skills: Knowledge CAD, AI.
