I have more than two decades of experience in the financial services sector, where I have developed and implemented innovative strategies, products, and initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational excellence, and market analysis. I have also collaborated with various stakeholders, including regulators, legislators, clients, and internal teams, to address complex challenges and opportunities in the dynamic and competitive FinTech landscape. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from DeVry University, and I have earned multiple certifications in Third Party Risk Management, GRC, and Agile Foundations. I am passionate about leveraging technology, data, and analytics to optimize business processes, mitigate risks, and create value for the company and its customers.
