I started as a Customer Representative (Chat) in 2017, with Redbox. Redbox is a movie rental company in the US where we assist customers with product, and service questions and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
In 2019, I was reprofiled to Sprint, a Telecommunications company. I was a chat agent for 10 months where I assisted customers with billing, equipment, and coverage concerns, we also did upselling, we offered upgrades, and add a line promotion then after such time I was promoted to Team Captain / Subject Matter Expert and is now part of the Escalations Team, where chats are escalated to me if the customer needs further Assistance.
