I have 14 years of experience in the development and management of complex software projects, leading teams in agile development environments, excellent skills in understanding the needs of stakeholders and executing the improvements of IT solutions, deep knowledge into different database solutions as well as extensive knowledge in ERP, WMS and E- Commerce processes. 9+ years of experience in project management, budget organization and optimizing of complex company related processes. I am highly motivated to work in a new and undefined environment with ease. I also love to improve the knowledge and skills of the employees implementing coaching plans that leads to greater success and fulfillment. My professional experience started as a software developer in a multinational logistics and packaging company in Germany. Thanks to my commitment, honesty and leadership capacity, I was quickly promoted to the team leader of the software development department, there I manage a team of 15 employees in an agile development environment. I oversaw the development of the ERP system, coordinated and connected the interfaces of the international clients and review code. In order to expand my knowledge, I made a voluntary change in one of the largest consulting companies in Germany where I manage and execute IT projects in agile development environments for large clients such as (German Aerospace Center, Telekom AG, BMW Group). After living, studying and working for 20 years in Germany, I decided to return to Colombia, starting my experience in an import company of spare parts for European vehicles, where I started to plan and develop the web catalog (B2B) as a freelancer. Thanks to my skills and commitment, I was hired directly by the company to perform the position as Manager of the development and technology department, where I manage a team of 5 developers (inhouse and outsourced). There I rapidly ascend to the position of Deputy General Manager / CTO, where I coordinate and lead the managers of each area. I have also implemented and optimized the internal processes increasing the productivity and efficiency of the company, developed sales strategies, managed the general budgets of the areas, restructured the company (general and locative), do negotiations with clients and suppliers and be part of the HR processes and IT optimization of the company. I still write code, lead the development team, review their code and implement IT projects such as the new WMS, development of functions and reports into the ERP System and web catalog. Due to my excellent communications skills in English and my native languages (German and Spanish), I have represented the company several times nationally and internationally. I am looking for new challenges in my professional life, I would like to expand my knowledge into the IT sector, update my development skills and help to grow up the team members.
