With over 20 years of experience in marketing, growth, technology, and people management, I am a seasoned and versatile marketing and growth strategist who can drive results in highly competitive and dynamic markets. I have a strong background in ecommerce and digital media, as well as an MBA and a Master in Communication from prestigious institutions.
My most recent role was as the Head of Marketing for Brazil at PayPal, where I led the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the country, achieving a 20%+ growth in active base YoY, a 30% reduction in churn, and several successful co-marketing partnerships with major ecommerce players in the region. I also spearheaded important go-to-market projects, such as the debit card launch in Brazil, and collaborated closely with regional and global leaders in California and Singapore, sharing best practices and insights. Before PayPal, I launched and managed the direct-to-consumer channel at Metlife, establishing its strategy, P&L, team, and vendors from scratch. I also have experience in leading digital marketing and social media at Fast Shop, an important Brazilian retail chain.
