The software I've enjoyed testing most throughout my career has one thing in common: it helps people make better decisions.
For more than 14 years, I've worked in software quality assurance, but what has consistently excited me isn't just finding bugs—it's understanding how people interact with complex systems and helping teams build software that users can trust.
I'm at my best when joining teams during periods of growth, transformation, or new implementation. Whether launching a new product, supporting a major release, or modernizing an established QA practice, I enjoy bringing structure to complexity and building testing processes that help teams move forward with confidence.
I've been fortunate to work on customer analytics, geospatial applications, reporting platforms, and other data-driven products where users explore information to answer meaningful questions. Those environments naturally create the kind of exploratory testing challenges I enjoy most while giving me opportunities to improve QA practices, mentor teammates, strengthen release readiness, and help organizations continuously raise the quality of both their software and their development processes.
