I've worked in industrial compliance, AI startups, and talent recruiting. The thread connecting them took me a while to name.
Chemical Engineer by training. At Eaton, I worked in EHS, translating regulatory complexity into something teams could actually act on. Different domain from where I am now (or so it looked).
At Maloka, an AI SaaS for retail, I built the growth and content engine from scratch. First time I owned a channel fully. Different industry, same pull: turn something complex into something that moves.
Now at NeuronHire, I run Growth. Brand and content (Social media & SEO/GEO), the full stack of how a company builds presence and attracts the right people. I also support talent strategy: connecting LATAM tech talent with global companies that need them.
My non-linear background isn't a detour. It's why I can read a market, understand what a team actually needs, and build content that doesn't sound like everyone else's.
Building in public here: sharing what I learn about growth, LATAM tech talent, and the intersection of both.
