Mission:

Like the blob (in our profile pic), UX Genome is a unicellular somehow 'brainless' team comprised by 250 UX analysts pooling together for building a toolkit to complete fundamental UX tasks, such as using instincts or allowing improvising, making team agreements for framing UX-related knowledge into methodologies in order to assist products to cross the bridge from things that don't work towards things that really work. Note: This and below-mentioned websites in construction.

Summary

To utilize a UX first-stage toolkit in building a product is not new, it is rather primeval (Egyptians already applied UX methodologies circa 8K years ago) and it assures that the product embodies: the advantages given by its value and functionality, that is, to assure that it really works, and it is easy to use (usability accomplished); and last but not least, to assure one of the most relevant aspects of a product since the beginning of humanity: the pleasure to use it.
