It is led by Nikola and Witold, two former McKinsey org senior experts with a combined consulting experience of over 25 years serving more than 300 organizations on culture across industries and geographies during the time McKinsey was ranked #1 for culture work.
We currently operate in two rich, dynamic and complex regions – the Middle East (GCC) and the Balkans (Western Balkans). These two regions will continue to be our areas of focus for the next 10 years until the platform is fully rolled out in both regions.
