I partner with businesses across the South East & London, helping them identify, attract and secure high-performing sales talent that delivers results. While my focus is the South East & London, I also support companies across the UK and internationally when the right opportunities arise. I work across all sectors, with particular experience supporting businesses within SaaS, MedTech, Digital Classifieds, Recruitment Technology and other commercial environments where strong sales capability is critical to growth. Before founding Trafalgar Talent, I spent 15 years in commercial roles within the recruitment technology sector, working my way up from a new business hunter through Team Leader, Sales Manager and ultimately Sales Director, responsible for multi-million-pound revenue regions and managing teams across locations and functions.
