The Stanton Group

The Stanton Group is a real estate investment and property management company focused on acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily properties. Our portfolio includes approximately 500 apartment units in the Hartford, Connecticut area, with an active pipeline of renovation, value-add projects, and commercial conversion projects.

Our team is hands-on throughout the entire investment process—from acquisitions and underwriting through renovations, property operations, and long-term asset management. We are a growing company where team members are given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with ownership and senior management.
