The Opportunity Group

We work with organisations and charities to help them unlock the power of development for their people. We do this by designing programmes that give technical capability with human skills to create confident, capable candidates prepared for the future. Creating a population of lifelong learners.

We believe that Human Skills are key to effective development. Technical capability without the confidence or communications skills to maximise it is useless. The way to improve productivity and the quality of people’s lives is to combine human and technical skills for people to bring their whole selves to work and help them thrive.
Our Mission is simple... To support organisations' ability to fund learning for the Future of Work. Our aims are straightforward. We intend to strip away misconceptions. We will speak plainly about accessing funding to make use of this amazing investment. We’ll find ways to help businesses to work together. We’ll be realistic about ways for them to do that without disrupting how they deliver to their customers.
