Since our early planning phase, to our launch in October 2021, skill-smiths set out to disrupt the IT recruitment services industry. Rob & Marc, the founders have a combined 38 years’ experience in the IT sector.
Having worked closely together for a large systems integrator in the South Africa and International market, we set out to challenge the status quo and how businesses interact and contract IT talent by providing a highly personalised, transparent and honest interaction.
We remain involved throughout the entire engagement.
Over the past number of years we had noticed and experienced a growing disconnect between people and technology, we aim to bridge this gap by simplifying the process through meaningful partnerships to get the job done.
skill-smiths was formed on the simple honest core value “WE CARE” and believe passionately in the power of people and technology
At skill-smiths, we believe strongly that education and employment are two key elements to the growth of a community and an economy. This is why we have committed to continuously invest in South Africa through various programs that will result in the creation of jobs and the upliftment of the youth.
