Simplex Health reshapes the ineffectual, conventional healthcare model to reverse the world's most disruptive lifestyle-driven health conditions including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Delivering evidence-based medical nutrition and behavior modification therapy at scale through a team of medically supervised Registered Dietitians and Health Coaches, Simplex Health advances a new model of care that focuses on prevention, root cause resolution, and sustainable lifestyle changes that align with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Patients can see their Registered Dietitian virtually or in-person at offices located throughout the greater Philadelphia region and have anytime access to their personalized care team through the Simplex Health app. All major insurances are accepted. This is medicine reimagined.
