External CTI-as-a-Service RudieSec is an external cyber threat intelligence and OSINT team built to give SMBs and NGOs early awareness of adversary behavior. We stay outside the client network, watching the cyber environment, the broader threat landscape, and the signals that shift long before an incident ever appears on internal systems. Our work blends disciplined tradecraft with quantitative forecasting and temporal analysis, supported by our External Threat Intelligence Engine (E-TIE), which helps us map how threats evolve, shift, and progress over time. We focus on threat actor intelligence that strengthens decisions and reduces uncertainty. Instead of waiting for alerts or chasing noise inside the firewall, we analyze the cyber threat environment at both a client-facing perimeter and through long-range intelligence reconnaissance, so that our clients can see what’s developing, what matters, and what’s likely to come next. This external vantage point gives us a clearer view of threat progression than internal telemetry alone. Our goal is straightforward: bring clarity to a domain that is messy, fast-moving, and often misunderstood, and give organizations a way to make cybersecurity decisions grounded in reality rather than reaction.
