RCG

Helping mission-driven organizations build great teams is what we do. RCG is a full-service, equity-centered talent firm that can help you assess capacity needs and then bring in the right talent and knowledge where it makes sense.

All too often mission-driven organizations feel all alone when hiring staff or building capacity. Or they make do when their team members don’t have access to extra hands or training to solve a problem, make a pivot, or create a plan.

Our team understands that building a great team isn’t simply creating a job title. We help social sector orgs first gain clarity about their talent needs, context, and culture, and then efficiently and effectively match talent to fit those needs.

Our services include:

Search Services: We help you dream up your ideal candidate, get the job description right, find and screen the best candidates, and then ultimately fill essential roles.

Capacity Building Services: We match you with social sector professionals who can provide the strategic consulting, skills training, and guidance to help your teams continuously improve.
