ProAg is proud of its almost century of experience as an agricultural risk management company and is committed to providing our agents and policyholders with excellent service and support for multiple peril crop, crop hail and named peril crop insurance products. We are well-equipped to provide products and services that meet the risk-management needs of the American farmer and rancher.
When we say the customer comes first, we mean it. Listening to our customers is a top priority and drives our efforts to constantly raise our level of service. We pledge to make it as easy as possible for our customers to do business with us.
We pride ourselves on the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change. We value accessibility and open communication. We pledge that you and your insureds can count on us to deliver trusted, quality service at the field level with industry-leading turnaround times and accurate claims.
Because many of us are farmers and ranchers ourselves, we have a first-hand understanding of production agriculture and the risks inherent in the profession. If we don’t know the answer, we are committed to finding it and sharing it with you as quickly as possible. We pledge to continue to keep our team well-trained, professional and up-to-date with the latest information.
Agricultural risk management will continue to evolve, impacting the American farmer and rancher, and we intend to be at the forefront of those changes. We pledge to leverage people, technology and process to disrupt the status quo and provide new strategies and solutions to your agency and growers.
We value the members of the ProAg team, our agents and our insureds. We strive to be a good company with the strong core values of accountability, resourcefulness, effective communication and customer focus, all of which work together to instill trust. We pledge to continue to have clear goals and a well-defined plan to accomplish them.
ProAg is an equal opportunity provider.
