Octave Holdings and Investments

Octave - An innovative approach to real estate investments.

Our co-founders, Sridhar and Zia, have a combined 50 years in the real estate space, investment management companies, and hedge fund investment.

Using their combined successes and lessons learned along the way, Sridhar and Zia envisioned creating a new company with a blank-page approach. They wanted to be completely customer-centric, build trust, and delight every investor.
