Customers describe the job once, and up to three available pros in their area contact them directly. Free for customers, zero commission for pros. Simplifying how Kiwis find help since 2020 Needed started in 2020, in the middle of COVID. It was a time when getting someone to show up mattered, and it made one thing clear: getting a reply is often the real challenge. The pattern is familiar. You message three businesses, two don't reply, and the third is booked out for weeks. So you start over. You run a new search, send new messages, and get the same silence. Most people give up and post in a local Facebook group, then end up back at square one, sorting through random comments and DMs. So we built a request-first flow. You describe the job once and up to three available professionals can contact you directly. You choose who to deal with, without chasing replies.
