MaidThis Franchise

MaidThis Cleaning of Northwest San Antonio is a growing home services company serving homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and commercial offices across the Northwest San Antonio area. We are part of the MaidThis franchise, a brand known across the US for making cleaning simple and stress free for busy people.
We are new to San Antonio and building our team from the ground up, which means whoever joins us now helps shape the culture and has a clear path to grow into bigger roles as we scale. We run remote first for sales and back office, lean heavily on smart tech and AI, and keep things casual but focused.
If you like working with a small team that moves fast, cares about doing the job right, and treats you like a person rather than a seat, you will feel at home here.
