K9 Technologies

K9 Technologies was founded in 2020 by a team of AI researchers, software engineers, and business operations experts who saw a critical gap in the market: while AI technology was advancing rapidly, most businesses struggled to implement it in ways that delivered real value.

Our founders had witnessed firsthand how companies invested in AI solutions that looked impressive in demos but failed to solve actual business problems or integrate with existing workflows. They set out to create a different kind of AI company—one focused on practical applications that drive measurable business outcomes.

We started by developing ServeWise AI, our field service management platform, which quickly gained traction for its ability to streamline operations and improve customer service through intelligent automation. From there, we expanded our offerings to include custom AI chatbots, skin analysis tools for e-commerce, comprehensive automation solutions, and specialized CRM services.
