IntroLend's streamlined online transactions are much faster than legacy loan processes. From completing their digital loan application to obtaining rapid pre-approval, to reviewing competitive bids and securing final loan approval, homebuyers invest substantially less time with an IntroLend mortgage. Agents can keep working with their favorite loan officers, as well as accessing our vast network of over 150 wholesale and retail lenders to source bids with rapid turnaround times.
IntroLend grows agent income by providing agent-owners with a RESPA-compliant way to legally share in profits their Chapter derives from mortgage service origination fees and other housing transaction services. Becoming an agent-owner requires investment in the Chapter. However, agents who have not invested in their Chapter can still use IntroLend to streamline their business and close more sales.
Our mobile app simplifies the management of agent business by bringing homebuyers, lenders, and the agent's in-house Finance Manager together in one sleek, digital location. IntroLend also raises agent income through our online mortgage experience, augmented by live support and free credit tools that help agents grow both repeat and referral business.
IntroLend provides world-class support to agents by app, call center, and email. Whatever the topic – from using the agent app, to onboarding their favorite loan officers, to accessing articles on key mortgage topics and other marketing tools – IntroLend provides answers quickly and easily.
IntroLend gives homebuyers two tiers of free professional support. First is the Chapter's dedicated Finance Manager, a licensed loan professional ready to assist, from helping with the loan application through overseeing a competitive lender bidding process. Second is our Concierge Support Team of U.S. agents, who are trained to answer questions at any time by phone or email and can easily escalate any question or concern directly to the Finance Manager.
