We are an International Recruitment Consultancy working with start-ups and large technology corporations to recruit the most talented professionals for tech teams, helping organisations to scale rapidly and build the technologies and products of the future. Since 2012, we have applied our consultancy services to more than a 150 small to large international companies spread across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia, helping them to fill thousands of open positions.
Our experience has allowed us to build a transparent and effective delivery process for recruitment, redefining traditional recruitment approaches. With our on-site, remote or hybrid embedded (RPO) Talent Partner Model, we place our highly-qualified recruiters inside businesses to support, improve and/or carry out their hiring process(es).
Our team use the latest technologies and tools to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders involved, including our client's internal hiring talent teams and hiring managers, our own talent partners and account managers. Apart from delivering amazing talents for teams, we also offer DE&I sourcing and analysis, culture & value creation, interview training across the C-Suite and management, and creation of Talent Events.
