Eyeball Factory

Eyeball Factory is a creative growth agency. Consumer brands hire us as their creative department, and we make the video ads that drive their growth: VSLs, UGC-style ads, animated formats and more, running on Meta and TikTok.

Every ad we make is tested with real audiences, so you see exactly how your work performs. We work remotely across time zones and AI-first: Claude handles research and first drafts, so our people spend their time on the craft. We value creativity, reliability and clear communication, and we give our team room to pitch ideas, improve how we work, and grow.
