Position Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Low-Code Developer to design and build innovative business applications, automate processes, and create data-driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 integration capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Power Apps Development - Design and develop canvas and model-driven applications using Power Apps; Create responsive user interfaces with custom forms, galleries, and navigation components; Implement business logic using Power Fx formulas and expressions; Build mobile-optimized applications for field workers and remote users; Integrate applications with SharePoint, SQL Server, and external data sources. Process Automation - Develop automated workflows using Power Automate for business process optimization; Create approval processes, notifications, and data synchronization flows; Build scheduled automation for routine tasks and data processing; Implement error handling and exception management in automated processes; Configure triggers and actions for real-time business process execution. Power BI Integration - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI; Create data models and relationships for business intelligence solutions; Build embedded analytics within Power Apps and Dynamics 365; Configure automated report distribution and alerting mechanisms; Implement row-level security and data governance controls. Dynamics 365 Integration - Extend Dynamics 365 functionality through Power Platform integrations; Create custom business applications that complement D365 modules; Build automated workflows connecting Dynamics 365 with external systems; Develop custom connectors and API integrations for data exchange; Configure virtual tables and external data source connections. Required Qualifications - Technical Skills: 6+ years experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform; Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI; Strong knowledge of Power Fx, data modeling, and application design principles; Experience with Dynamics 365 integration and Common Data Service/Dataverse; Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and custom connector development; Knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, and Microsoft Graph integrations. Development Skills: Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions; Experience with version control, solution management, and ALM practices; Knowledge of responsive design principles and user experience best practices; Understanding of security models, data governance, and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect); Experience with Azure services, Logic Apps, and cloud integrations; Background in traditional development languages (C#, JavaScript) for advanced scenarios; Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management.
