The Medellín Pilot Public Library for Latin America encourages free access to information, culture, learning and the generation of knowledge. It is a bridge between times that: Promotes the identification, organization, assessment, preservation and dissemination of bibliographic and documentary heritage, contributes to the formation of critical and independent subjects, to the dialogue of knowledge and understanding of the environment. Stimulates coexistence and cultural diversity; the strengthening of local, national and Latin American identities and memories.
