In my role as a Strategic Account Manager at Tyk, I had the opportunity to manage some of Tyk's biggest clients across the North American and South American regions, taking charge of all post-sales activities. Month after month, I consistently surpassed my quota by implementing successful commercial strategies focussing on driving a high rate of renewal, and identifying new business expansion opportunities within my existing customer portfolio.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• First Strategic Account Manager for the Americas region.
• Day-to-day management of 50+ clients at $2.5mill+ Portfolio.
• Client logos: Successfully managed, grew, and retained some of Tyk's most notable clients including: Apple Inc, Boarshead, Starbucks and BellCanada.
