My career development across the years has help me to gain a vast experience on people management, despite of the fact that my career has been developed on BPO industries (lines of support: voice, email, chat/type of service: technical support, customer services, retail stores) I had the chance thanks to my abilities and competencies, to work on mostly other areas such as Quality Assurance, administrative tasks and doing emphasis on people development (coaching); having a lot of success on this one to accomplish to develop more efficient and knowledgeable staff with commitment and motivation. I have been selected among other colleagues several times to be in charge of the most challenging projects to improve performance and also to create work frames from zero.
