- Responsible for the Enrollment (profiling) of engineers who will be trained as instructors to provide future training, better known as Cultivation (support, advice, training, projection and time management regarding their study).
- Responsible for recruiting instructors worldwide according to demand (operations area) - Outsourcing - LinkedIn training - Assertive communication.
- In charge of the follow-up, progress, control, certification and delivery of the resource already prepared and with the necessary skills to the operations area. Certifications with Huawei, E&S, Certijoin, CUN University, Arcitura.
