Fully remote People (HR Business) Partner with extensive talent & HR ops experience, working with UK and Europe based start-ups & scale-ups. I started my HR career around 9+ years ago as a 360-recruitment consultant and eventually found my niche in the Engineering, Product & Design recruitment space, where my passion for all things tech related grew and I gained extensive exposure to the UK & EU technology start-up, scale-up, and hyper-growth market. I have been fortunate enough to successfully launch two entities from scratch which helped develop my HR Operations and project management skills, that ultimately allowed me to transition from being a Recruiter to now being a fully-fledged People (HR Business) Partner; where am I am responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle and passionate about - creating, scaling, retaining, and supporting high performing teams to achieve business objectives by removing blockers and dependencies etc. Since then, I've specialised in being a true business partner to my stakeholders and using talent & people initiatives to achieve business objectives by providing the following services remotely - Talent Acquisition management, ATS/HRIS implementation and deployment, employee value proposition (EVP), employee engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, employer brand growth and awareness - internal/external communications and marketing initiatives, company culture, HR/Operations objectives/budgeting, organisational design and change management… as well as reward & recognition, and employee benefits, learning & development, future leadership and mental health and well-being programs. I have supported brands with extensive knowledge of UK, South African and Northern Ireland, European and US employment law & legislations. With my passionate for self-learning, this year I have started a beginner NLP (Neuro linguistics programming) Certification, plan on getting SQL & Count training and become a mental health first-aider in at least another two countries.
