As a Talent Acquisition Associate, I served as a recruiter for both technical and non-technical candidates in the fastest growing software outsourcing firm globally. My responsibilities included leading two hunting processes and personally sourcing and recruiting over 500 top candidates. I structured the outreach process to allow candidates to directly schedule interviews, which improved lag times between initial contact and results, ultimately retaining engagement of the candidate pool by 12%. I conducted follow-ups on all candidates and ensured all their information was accurately loaded into the internal CRM system.
