Susana Campa Meneses

I believe in taking full ownership of my work and fostering a team that does the same. With years of experience managing remote teams and supporting complex operations, I know that clear communication and accountability are non-negotiable.

I lead with a no-nonsense approach but balance it with genuine care and respect for my team. Growth isn’t just a goal; it’s a continuous journey—for my clients, my people, and myself. My mission is to build a company that’s more than a service provider: a trusted partner in success and transformation.

If you’re ready to step up, own your role, and grow with us, then Executive VA Solutions is the place for you.
