I resolved customer's Internet/computer issues in a timely manner and received great customer feedback
consistently. I answered customer questions about products and services while entering customer interaction
details in the sales system to track requests and document proper information. I notated each call in a timely
manner in the system and got good feedback from this. While solving technical issues, I successfully
described product highlights and benefits to help guide purchasing decisions. On top of meeting sales goals,
I escalated customer service issues sent from sales and service teams to save customer relationships.
