Recruiter and world traveler with over a decade of experience in the Customer Service and Retail industries; with emphasis on Operations and Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Management and Training, Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, as well as Rebranding and Consultations. I’m Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a passion for promoting not only Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace, but equal and equitable opportunities for all. As a result of my diverse work background, I’ve developed a keen eye for problem solving and innovation, using both out-of-the-box thinking, and the utilization of the strengths of my team members. I as well have a passion for traveling and learning about other cultures, and utilizing the knowledge I’ve acquired from these experiences, to not only learn how to better assist within my role in an organization, but to teach others how to do the same. With that being said, overall I’m a very growth-minded individual; looking to continue to learn and grow and inspire growth, not only as an individual, but an active member of society, and any and all organizations I have the opportunity to be apart of.
