I am passionate about making a difference in the workforce while fostering an enabling environment that promotes diversity and inclusion and is interested in the Information Technology sector, specifically in companies that provide Internet & related services as I’m intrigued by how data can be manipulated and analyzed to find patterns and solve problems.
Being a HR Professional with over 7 years experience in Administrative Support and Personnel Management; with a vast experience in 360-recruitment, talent acquisition, human resource administration & management, and an intermediate knowledge in data analysis as a tool for making strategic decisions in Human Resource Management, I have been opportune to work with startups cut across diverse sectors in the Entertainment, Oil & Gas Servicing & EdTech space and have been able to build out different teams in these industries. One of my major achievements have been the opportunity to be part of the team that built the go-to-market team for an Edtech startup as well as creating a functional end-to-end HR process and HR plan for a client, that has gone on to be adopted by the company.
