Stephanie Mejía Ilyk

With over four years of experience in event production, hospitality, logistics, and audiovisuals along with hands-on the daily management of an artist. I have worked on more than 25 live events and participated in the production of festivals such as Isle of Light and The Pineapple Ball. Throughout this work, I’ve collaborated with artists including Jungle, Alt-J, Nicki Nicole, Omar Apollo, Raúl di Blasio and C. Tangana, and coordinated backstage operations for Eladio Carrión, Manuel Medrano and Jay Wheeler.

As the day-to-day manager for Puerto Rican artist Paopao, I oversee her schedule, supervise performance logistics, manage communication between production, marketing, and label teams, and ensure the execution of all professional commitments. In this role, I had the privilege of coordinating the logistics for her opening performance at Álvaro Díaz’s concert at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City during his Sayonara Tour.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Global Entertainment and Music Business at Berklee College of Music, Valencia Campus.

Additionally, I have helped create more than 30 internship opportunities for young people in the Dominican Republic who aspire to begin their careers in the entertainment industry.
