I didn’t arrive at organizational psychology by chance.
I arrived through curiosity, through people, and through the need to make sense of how work truly shapes our lives.
Early in my career, I found myself drawn not only to individual behavior, but to what happens between people: systems, culture, leadership, and the invisible structures that hold organizations together. I became fascinated by the idea that healthy companies are not built solely on strategy or numbers—but on clarity, care, and purpose.
As my path unfolded, I had the opportunity to support companies from the very beginning—helping them build their Human Resources and legal foundations from scratch. I worked alongside founders who had vision but needed structure, teams full of talent but without clear processes, and organizations growing faster than their internal systems could support. In those moments, organizational psychology stopped being theory and became practice.
I learned to design HR functions that were not only compliant, but human. To translate legal frameworks into structures that protect both people and
businesses. To create processes that bring order without losing empathy.
Over time, my role evolved into what it is today: a bilingual Organizational Psychologist with over five years of experience building and leading Human Resources functions from the ground up, always integrating people, structure, and purpose.
I deeply believe in organizational psychology as a powerful tool to build healthy, sustainable cultures where people feel supported, processes are clear, and results are achieved with intention and meaning.
I’m excited to connect with professionals who share this perspective on talent development and organizational excellence. Whether it’s collaborating on innovative projects, exchanging ideas, or exploring new opportunities within organizational psychology, I’m always open to meaningful conversations.
