Stéphane JPM Boisvert

Stéphane Boisvert is a French-Canadian international speaker who's
been working in the WordPress space for the past decade. As an experienced leader Stéphane has concurrently managed multiple teams of engineers, working on projects aimed at solving user needs, increasing user engagement, boosting conversion rates, growing teams, cultivating talent, improving performance, and ensuring software security. He's worked on setting the technological vision and strategy for large organizations such as the Liberal Party of Canada and the Enterprise (VIP) division of WordPress.com (Automattic Inc). Stéphane focuses on fostering a collaborative work environment, creating safe spaces for creativity, learning from(many) failures as well as encouraging mentorship. Stéphane cares deeply about mentorship and has a personal goal of helping everyone who works with him to reach their potential by supporting them in tackling challenges. Open source, mental health, and basic income are all passions of Stéphane that he speaks about and advocates for in his free time.
