I know how to build in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and I bring structure, clarity, and calm to the chaos that often comes with hiring in startup life.My approach is people-first, equity-minded, and grounded in experience. From defining what “great” looks like to building clean hiring systems and delivering thoughtful candidate experiences, I care about every touchpoint.
