Gauteng PowerGLF Load Forecasting Software Aurecon is appointed by Eskom to Develop, maintain and support a load forecasting software that the planners use to forecast electricity. I work as a Support Analyst where my role is to maintain and provide support with the application, where I use my Database Management skills to fix issues and also I need to keep track of each and every issue that is been sent to us to be fixed. We currently have nine eskom regions we are providing the support too and the application has 100 - 200 users and is my responsibility to provide support anytime they require it.
