Being able to innovate and improve the management of projects is what really drives me. As an Industrial Engineer, I've been involved in several infrastructure projects, and participated in different stages of them like planning, implementing, executing and/or controlling. Throughout my career, I have been in charge of construction managing in multiple projects across a variety of sectors, particularly in the Infrastructure sector and associated civil works, which has allowed me to gain strong experience in Project Management, Budgeting, Document Controlling, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Resource Optimization processes focused on ensuring any company productivity. There are always influential people working in the background of a project and I am one of them. My previous roles as a Project Administrator were focused on providing key support to the Senior Project Manager and Directors, and being responsible for keeping the project moving forward. In my career, one of my biggest key achievements was structuring a Public-Private Partnership project of a BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) highway project of USD $350.000.000 where I worked on planning the different stages of the project. I am pursuing career development opportunities in the Project Management area and seeking a part-time/full-time role to ensure that projects are executed safely, within budget and schedule, and meeting project scope, quality, and client/business expectations. In addition, I possess a solid administrative background. I wish to pursue my passion for controlling by gaining experience as a Project Engineer or a similar position. Also, I am highly organised, task-focused, approachable, calm, and personable. I enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders. My goal is to support an individual or a team and work together to help them reach their objectives. I thrive on new challenges and look forward to contributing to effectively managing a dynamic and challenging organisation. I am now looking for a job in a rapidly growing innovative company, where I can progress further in, and feel engaged and challenged.
