Soliman Cifuentes

I began my career in support resolving technical issues for software companies, but now I do a blend of engineering consulting and advising local startups, helping them navigate the technical challenges of early-stage development. I also do nature, portrait and product photography.

Experience:
I bring a decade of successful experience in technical support & engineering with SaaS clients at the forefront of innovation and development. I'm passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to end-users, ensuring that their experience with your products is seamless and enjoyable. I've worked integrating internal AI/ML models using Python, implementing secure systems like SAML/ SSO, and addressing complex technical challenges in dynamic, data-driven environments for enterprise customers.

Current studies:
Leveraging my problem-solving skills and technical expertise from customer service and technical support, I am confidently transitioning into AI/ML/Web3. My background enables me to create user-focused solutions, interpret complex datasets, and navigate intricate systems, making this progression a natural and compelling next step in my career.

Therefore, I'm specializing in:
• Rust, because of its amazing versatility.
• Solidity for smart contract development on blockchain platforms.
• GraphQL to efficiently query and manipulate data.
• Blockchain Technology to fully understand its potential and applications.
• The Graph and the end-to-end process of Subgraph development, integrations and deployments
