With over 15 years of experience in the executive search and knowledge management industry, I am the Founder and Head of Research at Gallop Research, a company that provides research and search services to the executive search and recruitment industry as well as small and large businesses. I specialize in leading domestic and international projects at board, C-suite, MD, director, and senior management level across all functional areas and industry sectors.

At Gallop Research, I have successfully executed complex talent mapping projects and closed niche and confidential roles across India, United States, and Middle East markets. I have also launched a cloud-based in-house applicant tracking system that gives access to more than 25k data points across industries and allows our clients to track the progress of the assignment in real-time basis.
