Roles & Responsibilities
• Installation and configuring of Operating Systems like Windows/7/8/Linux and Ubuntu.
• Configured and maintain networked equipment (Switches, ADSL Modems).
• Maintaining user Account (Unlocking User accounts and Resetting user passwords)
• Installation of Antivirus software like McAfee, Symantec and Norton Antivirus etc.
• Creating the Users, groups, applying security principals etc.
• Installation and Configuring, Technical troubleshooting of Operating Systems like Windows and Ubuntu.
• Verifying the client systems by remote which are not solved by system engineer.
• Ensuring all the calls gets closed within the SLA.
