After a long career in the tech sector, I began investing in real estate in 2009 and have been active in the Philadelphia market since 2016. I founded Real Landlording LLC to provide trusted resources, education, and contractor connections for landlords who want to do it right—but not alone.

Real Landlording was the natural evolution of a highly engaged community of nearly 3,000 landlords dedicated to sharing knowledge, strategies, and solutions. Through the platforms that I create, I work to simplify and strengthen property ownership and management while promoting intelligent investing.
